Location was great for our event. The renovations and size of the rooms was nice. If the cleaning team is a 3rd party, they are not doing the motel any favors. There was unflushed toilet paper, sand and pet hair in the beds. Floors left our feet black. There was an issue with the locks on the doors and when we finally got ahold of someone 20 minute later they were sarcastic and hateful.

The location was great for the event we were attending. The renovations and the room sizes were nice. If the property is using a third party cleaner, they aren’t doing them any favors. There was sand and pet hair in the beds, unflushed toilet paper, and the floors left our feet black. There was an issue with the door locks and after trying for more the 20 minute to get ahold of someone through call and text (including someone answering our call to the number on their door only for them to tell us they had nothing do to with the property) we finally were able to get someone to answer the phone only for them to be sarcastic and hateful.

I've been staying here for years, this is the first time since the remodel/new owners. Updates are nice- floors are much better, new toilets and sinks. It was very clean and comfy. Much less personable, no esrly check in available, no response from staff that are no longer in the office. Worth the price increase? Probably not. Will continue to stay here as its very convenient to where i am visiting.

Check-in was easy due to the room's door code. Amazingly quiet room even as the property is on Hwy 5. Very comfortable beds, pillows and whole room! We will be back if ever in the area! Awesome restaurant just North on Hwy 5 called Val's. A must stop for breakfast!!
