No Operating Elevator!
I booked a room w/double beds. At ck in, found out elevator out of order. My husband CAN NOT walk up the stairs. Felicity offered the king bed available on bottom floor. She said she was not able to refund the difference in bookings because room booked thru Hotels.com. Needed a room downstairs, so accepted king bed. I understand that elevator has been out over a Month!! A comment should have been posted on your booking site. I was very fortunate a room was available downstairs, even though the room I got was cheaper than the room I booked! Better communication is definitely needed between Holiday Inn and Hotels.com.
