I had a bad experience the area is full of homeless people. A homeless man had broken in my room. We noticed him and ran out our room. Also our restroom wasn’t working at all. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I don’t recommend you to book to stay here.

Property was poor and a/c wasn't working got hot all night, also had another situation in another room we got with a homeless person breaking into the room. Upon check in on the room the guy was inside smelled like alcohol. Room wasn't cleared properly

Technically the room was pointed towards the ocean. It had a pretty nice view of the aircraft carrier Lexington. The large restaurant in front of it blocked a large portion of the view. The restaurant deserves its own review

This hotel was decent it was literally Next to the beach! It was convenient and the price was not bad! The room was good not fabulous but fair! I just wish that this place had way more choices to eat! This hotel was on the older side of Corpus Christi from my understanding! However for the price it was good enough for us to stay! As long as you have your car so u can drive around to explore 😊

The hotel was decent, but certainly not a boutique hotel like the sign says. I was in walking distance to both the Lexington and the Aquarium. Nearby, but limited food/bar options were close. The outside was not clean when we pulled up, and the office attendant was trying to charge me for fees they claim Expedia does not charge. I explained that I would not pay, and she removed them. HOWEVER, the room was very clean and the cleaning attendants did an excellent job replacing towels, coffee, etc. Because the stairs are steep and the railings are wobbly, I would caution anyone that would need to lean on the railings to get up the stairs. You do have to pay for parking, and I'm not sure anyone ever checked on it, but we paid.

The room only had 2 lights not including the restroom so it was kinda dark at night time. Tgey wanted to charge us for parking, ice machine and use of the pool. Which is odd. Wont come back to this place.
