The location is unbeatable — vibrant, upscale, and just a few blocks from the Alto Palermo shopping mall. Hotel Arenales is close to countless of coffee houses, chic shops, and fantastic restaurants. The hotel was impeccable. My room was always sparkling clean, and I loved that room service used a subtle freshener to keep everything smelling incredibly fresh. Free breakfast is provided for guests at the Experiencia Arenales Cafe which is located next door. The cafe's lovely patio is filled with lots plants and plenty of comfy seating. However what truly made my stay at Hotel Arenales so great was the staff. They were the definition of professional, super nice, and genuinely helpful with every request. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the city!
