A good choice for staying

It's a very nice motel offered in a very reasonable price. We stayed at two bedrooms apartment and the apartment is clean and well decorated. The kitchen provides all necessary utensils for cooking and the bathroom is clean and large. We are surprised that the motel can run in such good quality. It should be a nice choice for staying there.

Tastefully decorated with great shower pressure

Always beautifully presented rooms. The on-site parking can be a challenge as very tight spaces especially if you have a medium to large vehicle. Room I got this time felt a bit musty as surrounded with vegetation-an HRV system and having plants trimmed back would be a good idea. Fantastic shower pressure!

The parking always keeps me on my toes and tests my best driving, and problem solving skills! Haha . Beautifully presented and spacious accomodation

Very friendly and helpful host who walked me to my room. Spacious and beautifully presented accomodation with nice touches like big fluffy robes and very nice linen & towels. Parking was a bit tricky but one can get use to it pretty quickly. Easy walk to beautiful Dunedin Botanical Gardens, New World Supermarket and the fantastic Beam me up Bagels who make the best bagels in New Zealand & make best coffee. Also great SPCA Op Shop and other second hand shops in the area.

Great location for what we wanted to do at the North End of Dunedin. An older motel which could do with some maintenance inside and out. Parking on site could be a challenge if all units were full. BUT unit 12 which we had was very spacious. VERY clean with plenty of towels,even bathrobes. A sharp knife and tea towel needed for the kitchen. Check in easy and the lady at reception very helpful. WILL stay again. Thanks.

Posto carino, con parcheggio disponibile, servizio veloce, c’era però un odore strano nella nostra stanza. In base alle recensioni che sono state fatte per questo posto, mi aspettavo comunque di più. Va bene per un breve soggiorno - noi ci siamo fermati una notte - ma non lo consiglierei per più giorni, é inoltre piccolo, disposto su due piani.
