Die zimmer wurden nicht so gut gereinigt, unser Spiegel wurde die ganzen 10 Tage nicht sauber gemacht. Die pools waren leider nicht so sauber. Die Kinderanimation mit mimi war super. Das essen war reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Die servicekräfte waren freundlich und nett.

Falsche Leistungsbeschreibung von Ebookers! Dachterrasse, Hamam und kostenlosen Safe gab es nicht. WIFI € 3,- pro Tag! Auf ein Getränk wartet man 50 Minuten, behinderte Gäste werden gar nicht bedient. Betten haben keine Zudecke, nur versiffte Wolldecken werden auf Anfrage geliefert. Die Minibar wird nicht aufgefüllt, die Heizung funktionierte nicht, es hat niemanden interessiert! Der Gast ist hier ein Stück Dreck! Neues Management? Davon haben wir nichts bemerkt. Solch ein unfreundliches und unfähiges Hotel buche ich nie wieder.
