Last weekend, I checked into Budget Inn with my friend and her two young daughters at 7pm and we got a room upstairs. When checked in and realized the room had a bad odor and smokey smell. We laid in the bed and the comfort and mattress felt unpleasant.
During my time in bringing the items into the room, we parked our car in front of room 510 which was oddly hearing a man in distress calling for help. I noticed from peaking from a far (with the door wide open), it was a naked white man on the floor.

During my time in bringing the items into the room, we parked our car in front of room 510 which was oddly hearing a man in distress calling for help. I went immediately to the front desk and the representative went to check on him and the fire truck came immediately afterwards to check on him.
After being in our room for 2 hours, we decided to check out and grab a new hotel. Personally, we felt unsafe at this hotel and we would request some type of refund for not fully staying at our hotel. Thank you.
