Room was very clean and nice. The only problem was the heat was either way too hot or cold in there there was no happy medium. But not enough of a problem that I even let the hotel know. It was just more of a personal issue. Bed was nice and comfortable and I like the choice of the pillows. Not only was a room nice and clean, It was also a big room so I didn’t feel all cramped in.

Hotel was essentially falling apart. Walls were cracked, outlets don’t work, elevator was also down. Hotel staff were incredibly rude for the entire stay. The tornado warnings and sirens went off so we went down to the lobby. The night lady working told us we couldn’t be in the lobby because it was after 11pm. We stated that we can’t be on the 4th floor of a hotel with tornado sirens going off and she said “you can go sit by the windows”. They had a hotel full of guests standing there with no actual plan for our safety. This is not only unsafe but absolutely disgusting that a hotel full of kids does not have a weather safety plan, IN KANSAS.
