There were ongoing parties occurring in a neighboring room during my stay. I informed staff of the disturbance and was told that multiple guests had already complained; however, the noise continued until approximately 4:00 a.m. Due to the excessive noise and the firmness of the bed, I was unable to sleep comfortably and ultimately had to rest in the bathtub to get any sleep. While staff did apologize when I reported this experience, I believe the situation warranted more than an apology given the significant impact it had on my stay.
