Clean, comfortable room. Good location. And easy parking. Great staff, excellent river frontage and view. Coffee maker and small refrigerator in room. No actual balconys to sit on, just an exterior walkway, that guests use to get to their rooms. A minor issue, it just prevents sitting outside your room to enjoy the views, without other guests having to get by you. But, that is offset by a nice grassy area below, to walk and enjoy the river views. And, the incredible sunset was a major bonus! Would stay there again.

What a gem of a motel. Beautiful gardens, great view and amazing staff. Would have loved a dip in the pool but tge weather was nasty! Would definitely return.

La chambre et la salle de bain passablement propre. Parking inclus dans le prix c’est plutôt bien mais se trouve sur une grande route avec beaucoup de passages. Chambre en rez de chaussée. L’accueil est minimal. Nous n’avons pas pris de petit-déjeuner sinon il y a un restaurant donc tout est possible. Pour une nuit ou deux c’est convenable.

Nous avons dormi 4 nuits à l’hôtel panoramique, nous étions à Chicoutimi pour un événement sportif. Notre club a vraiment apprécié l’endroit! La piscine, l’accès aux BBQ, les chambres spacieuses et confortables et les lits super confortables. Merci, une belle découverte!

Très bon séjour. Personnel adorable et vue magnifique sur le fjord. Piscine chauffée très agréable avec une petite marmotte qui se promène à côté. Facile d'accès. Le seul reproche que je pourrais faire c'est le manque d'insonorisation entre les chambres (on entend tout ce que font les voisins à côté la nuit, lol!).
