If, like myself, you worry about selecting a hotel on Expedia in an area you don't know, you don't have to worry about this place. A lovely clean and very welcoming service. We ate here each night and enjoyed the simple but tasty menu. We felt safe and looked after.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Great area next to local park with LOTS of food vendors, restaurants, entertainment, and great for kids. Walking distance to the bus station, the wonderful Mercado, and has a convenience store next door. Very clean hotel, feels new. If you want a local experience and walkable access to everything, I would highly recommend this hotel

No hot water, and they didn’t manage to fix it in 2 days. Receptionist told us we would only have to let the water running for 15 minutes to get hot water (how eco friendly it is), but it wasn’t working eitheir way. I highly advise not to stay in this hotel.

Good location near park with lots of local activities. No hot water or water pressure. Had to wash my hair in the sink which was very tiny. Vanity with counter would be nice to put your things. They offered airport pickup which I asked for by email. Didn't get because we didn't pay in advance. 3 days after checkout I got an answer to my email about airport pickup. Sparse room, quite pricy for what you get.

Pues lo que ofrecen como el desayuno no lo cumplen. Te lo quieren cobrar doble. Y lo peor no cumple las obligaciones fiscales al no otorgar factura. Estuve insistiéndoles una semana y nunca la enviaron. Cuidado con este hotel a los que requieren factura de hospedaje.

First room that was given to me was under construction, literally with plaster and tools on the ground. Second room given to me had accumulated water by the window, possibly due to earlier rain. Room had a musty odor. Towels were not clean. Hair and stains found in the bed sheets. On my last day, the shower head would not turn off. They tried to move me to a 3rd room in 2 days, but I was leaving the next morning so the shower head did not bother me. Location is great and the AC worked. Its a cheap stay so you can't expect much. But it should be at least clean with well functioning basics.

the location is good. We checked in on 12/29, the next door restaurant had a party, the noise was very loud. we could not steep. The noise finally stopped at 4 am on 12/30. We did not sleep the whole night. I asked the property front desk if there is anything they can do about this ? The front desk said the noise came from next door, there is nothing they can do for me. The front desk suggested I contact the manger to follow up. I was very disappointed about this. I sent email to the hotel manger , no response.

Une catastrophe ! J’ai réservé une Master suite 1 king bed pour 4 personnes incluant 1 très grand lit et 1 canapé lit (grand) coin salle à manger séparé coin salon séparé cafetière ou bouilloire à mon arrivé l’hôte nous a donné une chambre classique (un lit qui n’était pas king bed) avec un sofa pour couchage 1 personne et à refusé de nous donner la chambre réservée nous avions que 2 serviettes de bains pour 4 personnes. Il a aussi refusé le petit déjeuner alors que ma réservation le prévoyait. Je suis scandalisé par son attitude malhonnête. Nous venions de faire 10 heures de vol donc très fatigué et il n’a eu aucune considération pour nous. Je ne comprends pas que vous puissiez proposer des hôtels avec des hôtes aussi malhonnêtes. Je souhaite obtenir un remboursement pour la chambre que j’ai payé et que je n’ai pas eu. Dans l’attente de votre retour Me Fergui
