酒店位于五缘湾附近，连接湾悦城商场，周边环境很好，吃东西出行都方便。 普通房型面积也足够大，有桌子和沙发，还有大飘窗，装修和设施都在普通凯悦之上，但管理有待提高。客房清洁比较随意，杯子没洗垃圾桌上垃圾没扔。房间设施的维护也比较差，电视很难用，灯控也时灵是不灵，洗手间放备品的盒子已经掉漆，在大理石台子上格格不入。
