Clean and Tidy. Room are not big but enough to move around with an work table. Some small bathroom equipments need to be fixed. Other than that, it is mainteined well.

I enjoyed the location alot, it is within 8-10mins walking distance to Asok BTS which made going out very easy. Every morning, the staff greets you on your way out when you start your day and asks if you need housekeeping. Housekeeping is thorough and room is always fresh when i return from a day of sightseeing.

The hotel has a good location close to Terminal 21 and then train stations. Also the Benchakitti park is nearby. I had a good stay. The only negative thing I experienced was a bit of noise from nearby bars. Other than that though I liked it.

As quiet as you can get in Bangkok

Stayed here for three nights originally, and after my husband was diagnosed with a bacterial infection and needed bedrest, we extended our stay - we would have extended for 4 more nights but they had full occupancy so we were only able to extend for 1 before changing hotel. This meant we got to try a double room at the front of the hotel and a twin room at the back of the hotel. The rooms were both pretty nice with plenty of room for bags. Bathroom in the twin room was bigger but not much different. The double room at the front faces on to the alley, which was pretty quiet most of the time but sometimes the workers from nearby establishment were gathered chatting and laughing - no music or anything too loud so earplugs would have been fine to drown it out. The twin room at the back was super quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful all the time. The rooms were clean and bottled water was provided each day. The location is superb - 5-10 mins walk to the BKT station, the sky train, the mall. Two 7-11s within a couple of minutes walk. Would stay again and request a room at the back.

チェックインでトラブって凄く嫌な気持ちになりました。なぜか既にチェックインしていて知らない人の荷物がある部屋に案内された。フロントの若造が勘違いしたのか、他の人が間違えたかはわかりませんが、別の部屋を用意してもらったから良いけど、また泊まるかは微妙。 泊まった時期が悪かったかもしれないが、深夜4時過ぎまで外でギャーギャー騒がれてはおちおち寝れません。泊まる時期を考えてみるのと少しの英会話ができた方がいいですね。

De som jobbar på Baan Sukhumvit Soi 20 är helt otroliga. Väldigt trevlig och måna om att en ska ha en trevlig vistelse. Gatan är något stökig men inte sent in på natten och därtill väldigt central och utgör ett bra läge om man behöver röra sig i områdena under dagen. Jag förlängde min vistelse två gånger då de kändes väldigt välomhändertagande om en. Renligheten går inte att klaga på, de städar rummen om man ber och fyller på med vatten.

ご夫婦？で経営されているようでフレンドリーなホテル。部屋は少し下水の匂いがした。ドライヤーやティッシュなどはあるが歯ブラシはない。 アソーク駅のほうなのでターミナル21やソイカウボーイなどが近い。 繁華街目的だったが少し遠いと感じた。

アソーク、プロンポンどちらの駅にも徒歩圏内で便利 こじんまりとしていて設備は古いけど居心地は悪くない。 スタッフさん、オーナーさんは感じいい人たちでした。 空港からのタクシー、多分ホテルの前までは入れないor見つけられないので手前で降ろしてもらった。
