If I could give a rating more than 5 I totally would. Had a wonderful 2 night stays on the residence side. Amazing and super clean facilities, outstanding foods and best of all customer service. The place is in the heart of city, walkable to everywhere but once inside it’s quiet and relax and upscale. Told the front desk at check in that my checked in luggages were delayed from the international flight. They offered to call the airport to check the status, which they did more than once. Not a service I would expect from a hotel and they went above and beyond. I already have plans on future trips with family here and already spread the words of how amazing this place is. THANK YOU!

Extremely bad customer service at front desk!!! Check-in was super long time and complicated!! They treated customers extremely unprofessional and rude. Ms. Duong who was the manager of the front desk had provided such irresponsible and unprofessional services. She was not willing to listen to customers’ complaint but even rolled eyes back when mentioning about the residence was no longer serving with high expectations like before when the owner was still there. The hotel no longer provides the best customer service as it was before. They even charged us so much fees which ended up giving us the smallest and smelly room!!! Overall, the residence is no longer like before, I hope the hotel executives can look into this and bring back the best customer service like before and discipline those people who think they’re above the law.

Wow! What an incredible place to stay. We were made to feel so special by everyone. Ngan was especially helpful at checkin showing us the spa, pool and amazing clock / piano room. Also providing useful tips as we passed by reception. This hotel residence is a 10+! Such an incredible experience. Our suite had a washing mschine and dryer along with incredible views. Turn down service also very special with delicious chocolates. The Spa and pool area gorgeous. Massages were wonderful along with the pre and post treatment. After chrckout with a night flight we could take an evening shower in the spa area to prepare for the longhaul flight. All so relaxing and stress free.
