Very costly to get transfer from the airport. The room was clean but The bathtub faucet leaked, the toilet handle was broke and the door was hard to close and lock. Staff was notified and will hopefully have that figured out for the next guests. Most staff were excellent except there was one girl in the office that did not seem to enjoy being there. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast which was great to enjoy relaxing with coffee beside the pool. The night staff at the pool was friendly and fun. They made it a Nice way to enjoy the evening.

I have never stayed in a hotel as run down and dirty before. There were bugs in our room. The pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. The pillows and bed were very old and lumpy. The furniture was old and missing knobs/pulls. There were no outlets available to charge our devices. The shower was stained and the shower curtain looked ancient. Honestly if we had any possibility of finding another hotel room we would have. The young man at the front desk didn't seem to know what was going on when asked questions. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Where do I even start?! Let’s start with it’s a hostel with hotel prices. Terrible rooms. First room had roaches and they couldn’t change our room until the next day. trust me when I say it’s not a hotel you want to book. They fool you with the fancy “colony” name. Also, property is not in a walkable area. The closest spot would be the fish fry and even that is 20 mins walking.

On the surface this is a decent hotel. But upon further inspection it needed some support. There weren’t enough towels provided in the room and air conditioning unit didn’t work properly. Communications between the hotel and Hotels.com wasn’t clear and the 3 rooms we booked with 2 double beds each nearly became something which wouldn’t have given each of us a sleeping space. Lastly it seems wise to provide filtered water dispensers in rooms in a place where tap water is not advisable for drinking and recycling is not an option.

Well it took the host a few minutes to locate the key to the room. The staff was very friendly, the toilet was clogged however when I reported it, they fixed it the next day. The breakfast was ok…. I think if you don’t mind the limited parking and very simple room it’s not so bad. The locks on the door need to change and it needs some fixing however not bad for the price.
