This place was awful staff was awful and the room was nasty and the place stinks so bad I didn’t even stay walked in and walked out knowing dam well they wouldn’t refund me my money I do not recommend this place to bed bugs although I’m sure they are infested with them.

Staff was professionally helpful; flooring was under construction but not unduly noisy or dirty. Coffee was the only amenity, but this was as expected. Difficult to access the parking lot entrance other than from the access road (no side or back entrance). I have stayed in most of the hotels in San Angelo and this one was above average. For the budget friendly ones, it is clearly exceptional.

The GM David helped me check in. Very professional and kind. They didnt have an accessible shower chair for my dad buy the room was awesome. I brought my disabled father's dog companion. They were pet friendly. My disabled father loved the room. We are looking forward in staying again.
