Was in the area for a family reunion. Limited accommodations available, especially due to local festival taking place. Check-in is electronic when you get there, but I never received the confirmation code to enter into the kiosk. Older people who are not tech-savvy could have trouble doing this. My mother-in-law had to go to the bar of the attached supper club to check in. In all, not a big deal. No room keys but there's a keypad on door. Rooms were clean, though the beds are small, especially if two adults are sharing. The supper club does have good food. In all, a good experience and we'd stay there again if in the area.

Do not go to Otter Supper Club and Lodge

If I could give a negative star I would. I’m out $92. I called during business hours and no one answered, I left a message and never got a call back or email. I knew I wouldn’t be able to cancel my room so I wanted to change the date. But they haven’t called or anything. If you have a lodge there should be on manager on call always.

Shower head is very short. Shower had hairs all over. Looks like it wasnt cleaned well at all. Bed was alright. Tiny tiny tiny room. Smallest ive ever stayed in.. and its very expensive for what it is. The owner seems to not care about making it better because i reached out multiple times. Oh and this is 100% do it yourself for checking in. No workers.

I definitely regret staying here. Theroom was noisy and dirty. I found hair in the bed abd pubes on the toilet. The shower was moldy and the bed was lumpy and squeaky. I woke up in the morning with hives, too.

We booked online and the communication via Mail was fast and easy. We got the code for the room and figured out, that we got an upgrade to a room with a balcony towards the street. No traffic at night and all the guest from the bar downstairs behaved extremly well. No slamming cardoors or loud farewells. The rooms would need a little more attention, but they where clean. We had dinner in the restaurant. What surprises us was, that all glasses had "waterdrops" on it. Every owner of a dishwasher would ad some salt and rinse andwould never put glassses like that on the table.
