Adequate accommodation

My check in was sketchy. I had just booked a non-refundable room here on HOTELS.com when we pulled into the parking lot. At the same time as a street person rode up on his bike. He emptied his pockets onto the counter next to me as the clerk explained that the elevator was out of service.

The elevator was broken, I walk with a can and had to go two flights of stairs, the clerk showed no empathy whatsoever,, H Said he didn’t have a first floor room when we could clearly see that ours was one of four keys he had sitting on his desk and two of them were by first floor rooms.

Hotel was decent. Comfortable bed, quiet, and clean. Breakfast was ok but not great. The usual free breakfast items. Coffee was very weak though. Overall it was a pretty good overnight stay, but nothing to write home about.

Horrible stay!

Came in and found other people’s clothes had been left in the closet and then found a cockroach brought it to the front desk. Was told there was nothing they could do because we paid through a 3rd party. Then was sent to another room where there were fans and dehumidifier running and smelt like mold. Informed the front desk and told them we would stay put but to please let us know if another room opened up. Never was informed and then the front desk asked US if we had moved rooms and when we told them no they said well they no longer had any more rooms available for the day.

Clean, comfortable, spacious.

We stay here every time we visit family near by. This stay we were sadly here for a funeral and they were extremely accommodating with our extension of dates. Room is always super clean and comfortable and front desk staff very pleasant and kind.

Great!

I gas just stayed at a disappointing property for 3 nights before arriving at the Comfort Inn. What a delightful change. The property is clean and truly comfortable. Had noisy neighbors on my floor, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Comfort Inn will be my new go-to hotel.

Poor policies

They have a policy that states they only provide housekeeping every third day. On my fourth night I had to go to the desk and ask for more clean towels and washcloths. Also on my first day they only left me with a half roll of toilet paper. I don’t know about anyone else but I can’t make a half roll last three days. When they did go to my room the only thing they did was give me new towels and washcloths and took the garbage out, no new linens or anything else.

Girl with a nose ring at main desk was very slow and wasn’t able to answer questions. Our room had NO hot water either day we stayed. Would not recommend staying at this hotel. Only positive I can offer is the breakfast was good.
