The room was clean the bed was wore out uncomfortable both beds in the room nice hot water the area was clean peaceful ton of parking ac was loud but cold check out around 7am the place was closed dropped key in drop off so unsure if u check in late in the evening if u could even check in or if there a problem overnight if could even get anyone to help. Good chance would stay again but wouldn't be my first choice

Worst place ever! Avoid it at all costs!

The room was the worst I have ever stayed in. It smelled musty, rugs stained, the bathroom was gross. Mold and outdated tub that was peeling. There was no hot water at all in the morning. Too cold to take a shower. The wall paper was peeling back on the walls. I will never stay there again!

You get what you pay for

Very small motel. We only spent a night there. Room had a funky smell, bathroom had mold, as well as the curtain in there. No ventilation in the bathroom. I supposed you get what you paid for. I don’t think I would stay there again.

I checked into a smelly lobby. Then drove to the room and saw a dumpster overflowing and surrounded by garbage. I left and found other accommodations.
View from our assigned room. Just across the parking lot and next to additional rooms.

Dated rooms but great price and clean great hot water and pressure. Staff was very nice. Musty smell as to be expected with outdated stuff. Ac was great no real complaints. Little lovers fighting nothing crazy. You get what you pay for. I liked it. Others might feel uneasy it’s all in the eye of the beholder

Low budget hotel with NO frills. Lack of black out curtains was problematic. Remotes didn't work with TV (what is that BTW?) Some sketchy long term residents. Best price in area. Convenient locale byt i had car.

The hotel itself was dirty. The check-in office was disheveled and unclean. The room had a bleached rug. The bedsheets appear to be clean. The mattress actually was comfortable and the pillows were very comfortable, but I woke up to find a huge centipede, crawling down the wall over my head, followed by a huge moth flying around the room. I checked out after one night. I have to say they were nice enough to refund the balance of my stay.

This place was awesome, super clean, friendly staff best price around per night and only 4 min away from Cooperstown ASV. May not look the best on the outside but a great place to stay overall. Highly recommended.

I give this place a good review. It looked liked like dump when I booked it and it was a dump when I got there. I was not surprised, for good or bad. I agreed to a dumpy motel and they delivered. I traveled alone without wife and kids so I was happy to save some money. I would stay again.
