清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。和室でしたが部屋に延長コードが準備されているのがうれしかった。料理も温泉もよかったです。 石段街までは十分歩ける距離ですが、ずっと登りなので行きはバスをつかった方がいいと思います

以前日帰り温泉で訪れて、今回宿泊に至りました。大浴場も露天風呂も快適で満足しました。客室も清潔に保たれアメニティ面も中々工夫されていると思います。食事も美味しく頂けました。コロナ禍の事もあり、接客面で少々人員不足感が否めませんが、それでも満足でした。

昭和の趣のある静かな宿

妊娠7ヶ月の妻と2歳前の娘と3人で利用しました。 チェックイン時のおもてなし、館内の清潔感、夕食時に部屋に戻ると冷たい水が置いてあったりと利用者の立場にたって細かいところまで配慮されていて、とても快適に宿泊することが出来ました。 また妊娠中の妻への食事やマッサージもご配慮頂き感謝しております。 温泉も2種類あり、ゆっくり疲れをとることが出来ました。 連休での宿泊だったので、少し料金が高めでしたが、また利用したいと思います。 ホテルズコムのサイトより申し込みしましたが、料理のメニューが行くまで分からなかったので、今後他の情報サイト同様に分かるようにして頂けると助かります。

２泊して本当のがっかり

２日間滞在しましたが、初日いきなり名前を間違えられました。食事の際の名札も私たちだけカタカナで他のお客さんは漢字でした。よく分かりません。スタッフも外国の人ばかりで、ちょっと違和感を感じました。食事中、奥の方にスーツのような姿の女性が立っていてしばらく客側をずっと見ていましたがなんか変な感じでした。２日目に帰ってきたときも、玄関には誰もいません。夕食の献立も無く、そもそも２日宿泊する準備が無いのだと思いました。とても残念な旅館でした。

値段がもう少し安ければ大満足

値段を考えると普通でした。伊香保の旅館と比較したわけではないので何とも言えませんが熱海と比較して熱海の旅館の方が値段が安くお料理の献立と質が良かったです。清潔感はあり、お風呂も周辺の自然の手入れもすごくよかったです。やっぱりお宿は結局のところ食事がすごく大切だと思いました。温度や配膳は申し分ないのですが献立は好みもあるので何とも言えませんが。今回もう少し安ければ大満足だったと思います。
