Small poky room, tbh a Premier Inn is better. Totally over priced for what it is. Reception staff were great, but others would make eye contact, moved to let them pass on the stairway not a thank you, kiss my arse or anything. Finally a fire alarm on Sunday morning before 10am (false alarm) without an apology really left us feeling very underwhelming. Considering the number of hotels in the area, I would try some where else next time.

The hotel was really close to the theatre we were at which was great and close to the shops. The room was clean and tidy but the air conditioning did not work and was blowing out hot air instead! The breakfast was continental only and a little disappointing.
