When arriving at the hotel I went to set up the put out bed only to find they didn’t have everything to set up the bed. Only the sheets, so I called the front desk asking for a a comforter and extra pillows. However, I received a pillow top and small pillows. The next morning, I went downstairs for breakfast and the lady setting up the breakfast was very rude. To my mistake I did not realize they had different times for breakfast start, I read breakfast at 6:30 so I went downstairs at 6:57. I walked into the area where they serve breakfast only to be followed by the lady yelling at me saying breakfast is not open yet. It’s just now seven you shouldn’t be in here. My response was I’m sorry. I thought it opened at 6:30 to then be rudely responded from her that’s only on certain days. At a hotel guest, I should have never been spoken to the way she spoke to me. Also, upon arrival at the hotel, I found that the pool was not operational. Since I was traveling with three children, that is the reason I booked the hotel was for the pool. Yes the front desk clerk stated they could cancel my reservation at no charge however, that would mean at 8 o’clock at night. I’m trying to find a new hotel. We won’t be staying here again.
