This is a run down hotel with numerous residents Cats in the windows, dirty mattress that squeaks.no glasses in the room I would not recommend you to stay here

I took one look at the room and checked out. This place is a flophouse: no restaurant, no casino, a pool that is “closed for the season”, sketchy people in the hallways, cops in the lobby. Just a disaster. The desk clerk was nice, and he was understanding when I left. Hotels.com needs much more quality control on their listings.

You should only stay here if it is truly your only option to not being homeless. This is not a place for travelers. The price and ratings should have been a warning. I don't mind cheap hotels/motels. This is giant step below below that. I thought it would be a fun little kitschy place. Maybe I'd visit the "Vegas" casino. No. The casino and restaurant are closed up. You check in and talk through a barrier with a camera pointing at you. I was asked to pay a deposit before another staff came and said that wasn't necessary. I don't know how to describe the room. It was a hotel room. There was a bed. There was a toilet and a fridge. It felt like a half-way house. But I did sleep.

Was hoping to swim but pool closed. Wanted to try casino but casino was closed they are doing a remodel which is not mentioned when booking. Appeared to be blood or some other matter near side of bed .

Sketchy hotel. Dirty. We went to use the shower and a dirty wash cloth fell from the shower curtain rod. Suspicious characters loitering around the hotel. It took almost 10 minutes to get checked in even though my room had already been paid for in advance.

Rooms were not clean, bedding on table not made, water wouldn't warm up for 20 minutes running in one room, ac in one room didn't work, no phones to call front desk, window was wide open bottom floor and when we went to close it fell out as if never attached.

It was cheap. For being a smoke less building as i walked down the hallway all I could smell was cigarette smoke and weed. The coffee bar was a joke. When I went out to smoke I saw so many drug deals go down. We had a king size bed with only 2 pillows. No ice bucket or cups in the room. If your looking for a cheap place to lay your head this is the place.

This hotel was the second worst hotel I've ever stayed at in America! And I've been to hundreds.

We requested a handicap-accessible room with a walk-in shower for my wife, who needs to use a wheelchair to get around. We got a room with two noisy king sized beds and a tub/shower that my wife couldn’t get into due to a high step to get into the tub. Needless to say, we told them that we would not be coming back to their facility.

Horrible. No hot water unless you let it run for 20min. No toilette paper, no chair, not enough towels no wash rags. Air didn't work well. One blanket. Had to make $50 deposit even though bill was already paid. Didn't know if they had ice. No glasses to take medication. I'm very shady part of town. DONT GO!!!

Old in need of update. Casino and restrant closed. What appeared to be a bullet hole in the bathroom door was a little concerning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel needs work.
