Everything was amazing. From the lovely staff, to the cleanliness to the delicious breakfast; I would 100% recommend. They also give you the option to book different tours in La Fortuna through the hotel when you get there. I highly recommend the water rafting (action/adults)! Overall, a great experience and I would come again.

The hotel is gorgeous! The area between the rooms where the pool is, is full of greenery so there's so much wildlife right in the hotel - there was a sloth in a tree in the carpark and iguanas outside reception and loads of bird song and frogs - it was amazing! The staff were so helpful and friendly, they really went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. The room was comfortable and clean with a seating area outside. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was tasty and they were accomodating to our dietary needs. The location is great - just a quick walk into town We had an amazing time staying here, would highly recommend!

Amazing location in the very heart of La Fortuna, but tucked away from the main drags. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very easy to book tours and passes through reception, even at the last minute & their prices were cheaper than on the tour websites!

Best stay on our vacation. The included breakfast was amazing. Some of the best coffee I’ve had! Room was spotless, spacious, and ac worked great. Property was beautiful and the landscaping made every room feel very private. 10/10 would stay again.

A nice little hotel in a great location in La Fortuna. We stayed 2 rainy nights and the hotel was easy to get to the major attractions in La Fortuna. Our room was clean and comfortable but it would have been nice if they had added some seating and tables inside for the rainy days. The breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. They even packed us an early breakfast for the day we headed out early to see the Mistico Hanging Bridges. Overall a nice hotel for a short stay in La Fortuna.

Everything in town was in walking distance. The room itself was big and very clean with a beautiful view right outside it. The staff were all very kind and eager to help. Breakfast was included and made fresh every morning. We will definitely be back if in La Fortuna again!

Buen hotel, es un hotel pequeño, con buen desayuno, linda alberca con una hermosa vista al volcán. La habitación es algo pequeña pero las camas son cómodas y tiene todo lo necesario. Bien ubicado, cerca del parque y el centro donde hay muchos restaurantes.

Self parking available, the staff were super nice friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nicely organized and maintained. The only thing was the internet was slow and may be upgraded the tv package so it would have a better programming . Overall we love the place, had a great stay and would definitely come back.

The location of El Secreto was amazing. Very walkable to downtown La Fortuna so plenty of food options. Uber is very active here so it was easy to get around town and to various tours. Breakfast each morning was tasty and they allowed for some substitutions. Plus was that they had AC as well which helped with the hot, humid weather. We enjoyed the pools as well!
