Yearly trip.
We stay here on our
yearly trip to St Charles. Where we display our model railroad at Gladius days
So convenient perfect for our need. Would recommend.

It is an old motel and that's not been kept up as well as it could have been. There was not any soap or shampoo in the room

Nice location, looks good on the outside, easy parking, bed good, shower good, comfortable interior temperature and pleasant atmosphere (air), service very good. Negatives- toilet seat loose, bathroom door drags on floor, tv had lines through screen and refrigerator worked but bably yellowed. Overall would stay again because of good price, location and service.

Whats good about the stay; affordable rate.
What can improve; staff told us to not touch the thermostats. Sheets were dity. Dead bugs in the room. Dishes were dirty. A lot of things were broken in the room and falling apart.

The check in person was very nice and very understanding, because I missed placed my drivers license. This is an older motel but more than adequate for a man attending Gladiolus Days in St. Charles. Clean and the Air Conditioner worked Great for the Hottest weekend this year. I will stay again next year.

The check in process was disorganized. Otherwise the rooms and property were appropriate for the room price. This motel is very affordable, and was adequate for a one night stay.

The toilet still had evidence of the previous occupant and the room smelled like mold. When my husband told staff we could not stay there five minutes after checking in, they would only refund one night's stay - they told him that was Expedia's rules. I will not use Expedia again.
