Awful service and room

First off walking in the hotel I knew it was a budget stay and wasn’t expecting anything fancy however, a broken room is what we were staying in, we had to pay extra for a friend to stay over one night even though we booked a double room with a sofa bed so it slept 3. We also had to pay extra for air con which wasn’t a problem. The curtain was broken, a few chairs were broken, the wardrobe.. broken and the roof was in pieces to the extent you could peek up and see the foundations of the roof. Now to the service. We were by the pool table when I got asked by the lady if she could ask me a question, now I came on holiday with my mrs who is English and I’m English Cypriot, the lady asks me why I put a bad review to which I replied we didn’t as we genuinely did not write a review. She the insisted I asked my mrs if she wrote one even though I knew full well she couldn’t have as we booked off my phone and email. She then asked me again which annoyed me as reviews are meant to be anonymous. I would not recommend this place. Better off paying some extra cash a night and staying somewhere better!

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Huoneemme kuitenkin sijaitsi maantasalla jossain ojan vieressä. Huoneen edessä parkkipaikkoja ja tämän vuoksi liikennettä. Hotellin henkilökunta alkoi aamulla pesemään perunoita huoneen edessä. Huone oli siisti ja juuri remontoitu, joten siinä ei ollut moittimista.

הפקידה במלון קשוחה ולא נחמדה. הזמנו חדר לזוג +2 ילדים,ובחדר שקיבלנו לא היה מצעיםל2 הילדים.. רק אחרי שירדנו לקבלה לבקש סידרו לנו את המיטות לילדים.

Wouldn't recommend

We, a group of friends only slept here for a few hours. Pool area was good, rooms were fine for what it is and one night although they charge extra for many things including air conditioning. So overall i wouldn't come back but at least it was cheap.

Pretty terrible hotel

We were greeted by the most Miserable man on arrival who barley said a word and managed to raise a hand to pint us to our room. The room was alright except the toilet had no ventilation so when one needed to get rid of the hangover. Leaving the door wide open was our only choice of ventilation which wasn't pleasant. The old fella who I assume owned the place moaned at us while we waited for a taxi because we had water which wasn't brought from his hotel and told us to move. Staff were terrible and the hotel was terrible in general. I'd recommend sleeping outside instead of this sh*thole.

budget hotel..... close to city center

The hotel was very clean...location is very close to bar strip ,just 10 minutes walk . A little bit. Noisy since it is located on a cross roads of two main street in agya napa The room we got was very large So that was very nice... The hotel is pretty Old but has a nice swimming pool which is big and clean internet was available in the bar area only .

Hotel z dala od zgiełku za przystępną cenę

Hotel ogólnie jest w porządku. Studio, które wynajmowałyśmy było Ok, ale mógłby być lepiej wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Prawie nic w tej kuchni nie znajduje się. Na pewno trzeba zabrać ze sobą nóż, bo nożami do masła niczego nie pokroicie. Na terenie obiektu znajduje się basen, który jest czysty i zadbany. Dodatkowo można zostawić bezpłatnie bagaż na terenie hotelu. Jedna rzecz na pewno nie spodobała mi się w tym obiekcie, a mianowicie przy meldowaniu się w recepcji zabierają dowody osobiste wszystkich osób przebywających w hotelu do depozytu. Oddają dopiero przy wymeldowywaniu się. Właścicielka nie chciała ode mnie przyjąć skserowanego dowodu osobistego. Czułam pewien niesmak, gdyż wolałabym, aby ode mnie pobrano jakiś depozyt aniżeli dokument tożsamości.

It's not a place to get rest or enjoy your holiday

The Pictures are totally different of what you will see. The noise from a construction is too loud and the smell is terrible. After one hour we decide to go to another place and leave without even asking to get part of our money!

I don't normally comment on my stay but just had to warn others this has to be the worst on to date by far , my advise would. Be stay well clear , there where 3couples with us and they all felt the same WYoming, the oyster saving grace was we only stayed 1 night, Thank goodness

Habitación sucia a pesar de haber lo comunicado y ruidosa, colchones en mal estado, muy hundidos y hormigas en la habitación. Hotel bien ubicado, muy rápidos tanto en el check in como en el check out.

Nice hotel very close to Ayia Napa square

For the price we paid for this hotel, it was perfect! Would recommend to book this hotel if you want a bed close to Ayia Napa square, but far away enough that you cannot still hear it all! Hotel itself could be improved in; - Cleanliness, everything was clean other than the floor as there were Ants all around the floor. - Larger towels - Mattresses could be improved also (but for the price I paid, it didn't bother me) In general I would recommend this hotel for definite!
