This is a very nice apartment that is centrally located and was a great place to stay for two nights in Rovinj. We used the hotel guest parking and walked to the hotel with our backpacks. It was a nice ten minute walk but wouldn’t recommend it if you had suitcases. The apartment was fairly easy to find. When we got close by I called the hotel and someone found us on the street and showed us where it was. The adventure of finding it would be tricky without a phone or WiFi. My only complaint is the key. The locks for both doors are very hard to use . We stood outside for 10 minutes one night trying to ipen the outside door and we also couldn’t get it to open from the inside. It didn’t seem safe to be locked in with such a tricky lock so we stopped locking the outside door.

Finster aber sauber

Apartment war sauber gut eingerichtet roch jedoch etwas muffig das helle Arpatment ist auf keinen fall so hell mit Tageslicht wie auf den Fotos !!! Ohne unter Tags alle Lampen aufzudrehen geht es nicht ! Wenn man aus den grossen Fenstern sieht hat man ca 1.5m zur nächsten Hausfasade die sehr vergammelt ist und darunter Müll vom Nachbarn ! Um den Himmel zu sehn muss man sich aufs Fensterbrett stelllen.

perfekte lage

Parkplatz war mit Navi leicht zu finden, Abholung von dort klappte wunderbar, wir wurden dann in unser Apartment gebracht. Das war sehr sauber und auch gut ausgestattet bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Toaster, Wäscheständer) Küche ist gut ausgestattet, nur der Geschirrspüler funktioniert anscheinend schon länger nicht...der heizt so stark, dass er Tupperware schmelzen lässt, aber Wasser verwendet er nicht. Das Ap. liegt sehr ruhig - die einzigen 2 Fenster schauen auf einen (nicht sehr schönen) Mini-Innenhof, aber man hört vom Troubel der Fußgängerzone und vom Hafen überhaupt nichts - man kann herrlich schlafen und zusätzlich ist es angenehm temperiert und nicht heiß! Wlan hat nicht funktioniert - aber wir bekamen als Ersatz ein transportables Gerät. Das Ap. liegt auch sehr zentral, nur wenige Schritte zum Hafen, zur Fußgängerzone, zum Konzum (Einkauf), zum Bankomat, zu den Restaurants und zum Markt. Ein paar Schritte mehr zum Parkplatz (ganztags fast nur Sonne- Abdeckung für die Windschutzscheibe empfiehlt sich). Das Personal im Hotel war unser Ansprechpartner und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. wenige Autominuten entfernt ist der Naturpark Skrabac mit vielen wunderschönen Stränden - teilweise auch sehr flach und für Kinder geeignet (Parkplätze größtenteils auch nur in der Sonne). Bei der Abreise wird man wieder mit dem Golfwagerl abgeholt und mit dem Gepäck zum Parkplatz gebracht.

Al momento della prenotazione su expedia la camera era composta da finestra al quanto se minimo ma vista mare.. nella camera dove ho soggiornato le finestre erano quasi cieche in quanto erano a ridosso di un caseggiato distante non più di un metro da esso.. molto disponibile comunque il personale , dove do un voto molto positivo

Great apartment

We only stayed in rovinj 1 night passing through on the ferry. The apartment was lovely. Had we have been staying there for a few days it would've worked great for us. Clean, spacious, awesome kitchen. The check in was annoying. Again we found ourselves with the address of the apartment and no way to get in. We had to ask locals how we find the hotel. After getting directions from people we stumbled across the hotel itself.

Soggiorno presso l'appartamento dell'Hotel

Nulla da togliere all'hotel centralissimo al centro, stupendo, in ordine e ben curato. Nulla da togliere al personale dell'hotel che è stato sempre cortese e disponibile, inoltre parlava benissimo italiano. Io analizzo l'appartamento in cui ho soggiornato, quando siamo entrati era tutto apparentemente in ordine ma dopo pochi minuti ci siamo resi conto che dopotutto non era tutto in ordine.. lampadina bruciata in bagno, assenza del tappo per la vasca. La stanza è di per se molto carina e ben arredata, molto suggestivo il soppalco con letto e finestra ai piedi del letto che vede su Rovigno. Per chi si sa accontentare è molto piacevole e a noi è piaciuto ma per essere obiettivi consiglierei all'hotel di fare piu attenzione alla pulizia delle stanze in quanto l'appartamento era molto sporco, capelli e peli ovunque, macchie sui divani.. inoltre mi sentire di sconsigliare a famiglie con bambini in quanto le scale sono ripidissime e senza corrimano, inoltre altra cosa non da poco è la totale assenza dei canali tv italiani.. e per quanto poco due informazioni me le sarei guardate in tv. Io comunque vorrei tornarci per vedere se si è trattato di un caso isolato o se è la routine.

Lovely apartment, great location

A lovely apartment within easy walk of beach, cafes, restaurants and shops. Very comfortable for our two night stay. Hotel staff very helpful and we enjoyed our breakfast there. Good value for the quality of the apartment and its location. Parking a 10 minute walk away, but hotel arrange a golf buggy to take you there and back with bags.

We made a mistake in our booking and left ourselves short by a night, the hotel that owns the apartment were very good, even though we went off to the beach for the day, oblivious to the fact that we should have checked out, when we came back they were patient and organised another apt for us for that night even though the entire town was booked up they found us something and even gave us a lift there. So although the apt view let it down, the hotel staff made up for any shortcomings there.

Nice, comfortable apartment with broken wifi...

This us a very comfortable apartment with cold air conditioning but wifi did not work. No toiletries either even though the listing says so. No espresso maker, instead a cheap filter coffee maker even though espresso maker was advertised. 24 hour check in desk was advertised but the reality is that there is no check in desk there. Instead, the apartment is affiliated with the hotel of the same name further in town. You better communicate with them before you arrive to arrange logistics, particularly if you are not familiar with the town. Luckily, I already was familiar with the layout from previous visits. They arranged pick up at check out for us by way of golf cart with our luggage to the bus station at the end of our stay. This was nice. They need to fix the wifi sutuation though. It's a really nice place minus a few exposed wires in the place. But very elegant with nice, relatively large bathroom for Croatian standards. The shower has a nob on the handle that allowed for the strongest pressure I have ever felt in a shower. I loved it and you will too. It's very close to the harbor, this apartment and it's relatively quiet minus some noises from the apartment above which was temporary. I would definitely stay in this comfortable apartment again provided that they could guarantee me that the wifi was in working order.

Not so good

The studio apartment was really good renovated and furnished, but it smelt like a cellar. Air moisture was very high in the apartment and even the sheets were moist. Location was excellent, but staying in the apartment wasn't so pleasant.

아파트 위치 자체는 pier 근처로 관광하기에 훌륭합니다. 다만 체크인을 위하여 우선 안젤로 도로 호텔로 가야 하는 불편함이 있고, 버스터미널에서 호텔까지 10분 정도면 걸어갈 수는 있지만, 캐리어를 끌고 가기에는 돌멩이 바닥이라 울퉁불퉁하여 쉽지는 않았습니다. 호텔에 도착하고 보니 버스터미널까지 버기 서비스를 제공을 하고 있었습니다. 그리하여 호텔에서 아파트 이동까지는 버기로 이동을 시켜 주었고, 체크아웃시에는 요청하여 버기 서비스를 이용해서 버스터미널까지 나올 수가 있었습니다. 아쉬운점은 체크인 절차 때문에 호텔에 연락했을 때 버스터미널로 도착한다는 정보를 미리 전달했음에도 불구하고 버기 서비스 제공과 같은 내용을 전혀 전달해 주지 않았고, 체크 아웃 후에 버스터미널로 이동할 때도 몇 번 호텔 측에 얘기 하였으나 호텔에 앉아서 오랜시간을 기다려야 했습니다. 만약 버기 서비스만 원활하게 제공이 된다면 괜찮은 숙소이나 아닐 경우 캐리어를 끌고 다니기에는 어려움이 있으니 이 점 주의하셔서 예약을 해야 하겠습니다.
