Close to the park and rooms were cozy and perfect. Only complaint was they closed the pool early one night and I was so looking forward to the hot tub I came back to the hotel early for it. Front desk didn’t even know they closed it early.

Not a family place to stay

We had the room for 1 night and stayed in a luxury room so we were in main building on the 4th floor. The hallway to room smelled very odd. Didn’t like that. The room was nice . But the air kept turning off. But the worse part was we were not told that they were having a DJ and special event upstairs. After a long day at the park we couldn’t sleep bc of the music. I get it but please inform your guests. Then we waited 20 mins for the elevator to go down stairs and then we were in the elevator with intoxicated people one man was trying to talk to me 16 year old daughter. We ended up leaving the hotel and driving back home at 1130 pm. We don’t go to Disney again the following day because we were to exhausted. In the parking lots packing car to leave so many drunk people walking around yelling. It’s not a family hotel. Stay somewhere else

Decent place to stay.

Nice, decent room. Close to Disneyland park. Friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Not that it really mattered but tv remote didn’t work. Buttons on tv wouldn’t work to change channels. The room we had was definitely not as nice as the ones promoted on social media. Chose this hotel because of how close it is to the Disney parks.

Decent place to stay

The room was very clean, very basic. It was fine to sleep. My onky real complaint is that we were put in the 4th floor and the elevator was out of service. It was just my husband and i so we walked farther to use the only working one or used the stairs. But, if we had other family members with us they would not be able to walk up 4 flights of stairs.

The maid service is by appointment only, which is perfect! My family went back to the hotel from the park because we have a 4 year old. I took a shower and the maid walked in on me completely naked. I confirmed at the service desk was by appointment only. They were not able to tell me why the maid walked in, before taking a shower I noticed the shower rug was folded. Which makes me think the maid was in our room when we weren’t there. The front desk said they would follow up with an investigation on the maid and said they would make it, right. Not sure what that would entail. Make sure to lock your doors with the security latch.

This hotel exchanged my room from a double bed to a king size, knowing that we have two adults and two children. Four bodies don't fit a king bed. They brought me a cot for my kids to sleep in and another just in case which happened to have a rather large spider in it. Next morning we find a Silverfish in the bathroom.They were on and off stating they had a new room and then saying they were sold out. We decided to just stick it out, but my mother in law took my two sons so they could sleep comfortably in a bed. The room looked nice, the bed was comfy, but the pillows were hard. The people at this facility weren't very communicative and they shouldn't change someone's itinerary.

Upset with our experience. My moms room had bugs in the bed. My little brother got all bit up. My mom told them and they said they had no room available. They dropped off a foldable bed that didn’t even fit in the room. Later we got switched to a different area that was much nicer. I when she tried to shower it wouldn’t drain. My mom called the front office. They said someone would come. An hour later nobody came. Called again, and they said they didn’t know she needed it for that day. Why wouldn’t we need a working shower same day? Overall not a great experience. Definitely won’t be returning

Close to Disneyland

The location to get to Disneyland was amazing. Right across the street. The hotel gave us what we needed: a bed to sleep and shower after a long day. The jacuzzi and pool were nice as well. The lobby looks beautiful and ritzy but the rooms do not match. Aged furniture, but clean which is most important. No breakfast, but Denny's, IHop and McDonalds within a block from hotel. No store in lobby, but there is a convenience store in the building in front of hotel. Would recommend to stay if you just need a place to sleep. I would go back for just the convenience.

Great location but we were in a room with a busted lock for the bathroom door so we basically could not shut the door. We also were on the 3rd floor of the main building and it felt like we were inside a night club at night. Very loud from the bar on the roof, could see the fireworks which was cool but also could hear them loud and clear.

safe place to stay, unfriendly front desk

The front desk staff is not friendly. They provide service, but the woman who was at the desk when we checked in between 1 and 2pm was not just "not friendly" she was unapproachable, dismissive, and plain rude. This was not my first stay here, and this is the second time that particular person was at the desk and bothered by serving customers.
