The room is as nice and clean. When I checked in the front guy apparently didn’t activate my card so after trying to find parking, which is nearly impossible to find near your room, I was upset to find my room key was not activated. Then I had to walk back to the front desk and the same same guy who checked me in asked for my ID to have my room key activated. I get this is a security thing but I was literally just up front with you checking me in and now you need my ID again. That was pretty much the only hiccup besides the horrible parking situation. If you have a SUV good luck. But again the room itself was nice. Also we were near a club or some restaurant that had the music pretty high so if I was a light sleeper it would have bothered me.

The staff was amazing and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub, however there is no restroom anywhere close, you have to either walk to your room or the main hotel lobby. Location was great for visiting Disneyland, we walked over two days in a row with our girls (5 and 7).

My wife is highly allergic to animals This is a dog hotel even if they tell you it's not it is. The manager was really nice he made everything right but I'm just grateful that my wife did not go into anaphylactic shock because of allergies there is pet dander all over the place So if you are highly allergic I highly recommend do not stay here

it is across from the Disneyland entrance with food choices beside it or nearby (McDonalds, Tony Roma's, Denny;s...). There is a mini-fridge and microwave. There is no freezer option. We were first put in a room on the first floor that was ACROSS from an ice machine. We did not think it was a problem until after 2 kids fell asleep and the ice was dumped into people's buckets and coolers ALL NITE. The room's single pane glass windows are peper thin for every noise. After no sleep, the desk clerk KEVIN moved us to a quiet room. Thank you Kevin.

Close to Disneyland Park entrance. Room feels outdated and pictures online don't quite live up to the look of the room. Overall size of the room was so small that there was only one chair and one desk. No room for a table or place to hangout besides being on the beds. Not worth the money I paid. We were disappointed but appreciated the staff bring extra towels.

Very convenient to Disneyland. The only things that needed improvement are that the outlets next to the sink did not work and when we ran out of Kleenex, it wasn’t replaced. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. We even got a surprise when coming back one night. A goody bag and balloons were left by the staff for my 7 year old niece, which was very thoughtful and appreciated.

Nothing to complain about really, but I am pretty sure I booked a room with a view of the park and instead got a view of the parking lot. This hotel offers no breakfast, and parking is $20/day on top of the room rate. Wifi is included and works.

Pool was ok even though kids only swam for an hour before it closed. Room was ok but you really only sleep there when you go to Disneyland. My only complaint was the outlet by bathroom didn't work but it worked the following day. We'd stay again if opportunity rises👍

One of the biggest selling points for us was how close it is to the parks — it’s about a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the front gates. When you’re traveling with a toddler and all the gear that comes with that, proximity really matters, and this location made getting to and from the parks much easier. We reserved a room with a king bed, and when we walked in we were pleasantly surprised by how large the room was. The extra space ended up being incredibly helpful for our family of three. Traveling with a toddler means bringing a lot of extras — a pack-n-play, stroller, bags, snacks, and all the little accessories that seem to multiply when you’re away from home. Having a spacious room meant we could comfortably set up the pack-n-play for our son while still having plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped. It made a big difference compared to some hotel rooms where everything feels squeezed together. Our room was located on the bottom floor near the stairs. At first, I was a little concerned about the location because it was also close to the main entrance to the hotel. I was worried we might hear people constantly going up and down the stairs or coming in and out of the building, especially early in the morning or late at night. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case at all. The room was actually very quiet during our stay. We didn’t notice much
