We enjoyed our stay!

A little confusing when we arrived, as to which was our room. However, we figured it out. Room was cute and gave us what we needed, including coffee set up, a refrigerator and microwave oven. I appreciated the messages, that the staff checked with me if all was fine. I would come back to this place if in the area

5 days 4 nights

1 sink is clogged, luckily there are 2 sinks in the room. Room has been cleaned by around 3:30pm, and I didn't receive the door code until 4:30pm. I was being told it needs an inspection; I was waiting in front of the cabin and there were no one entering the building for inspection. Microwave is wornt; it takes forever to heat up food. The rod is also broken, and it fell. no place to hang clothes, jackets etc. lack of towels for 4 nights stay. mattress is extremely soft; you won't be able to get a good sleep out of it. the heater was great, it warms up the room nicely.

The management was really responsive and kind. Overall, this place is average. There is no A/C, so be prepared if you come during the summer. It’s about 10-12 minutes from the main area in Big Bear. The property was quiet.
