The room was clean and funky in terms of decoration which we liked. We hadn't realised that it was not a bathroom ensuit but shared one with three other rooms, but this was also very clean and luckily we were the only occupied room for the night we spent there. The staff were friendly and as we had to leave early the next morning kindly laid on a breakfast bap for us at 7am. An excellent setting next to the river and ideally suited for a short trip into Bath.

The staff were great, really friendly, happy to help, chatty and gave us a nice evening. Really pretty setting, we could watch the water from our room, the room itself was really nicely decorated, we had cute dog themed touches, nice and clean, we couldn’t say anything bad about it.

Well worth a visit.

Staff were welcoming and friendly, check-in was quick. The room was extremely clean and had everything you would need for the stay. The view of the river from the window was fantastic. Full English breakfast that was very tasty.

A warm welcome. Close to the river

A warm welcome. The rooms (2) we visited were spacious and the beds were super comfortable for a great night's sleep. The hotel is close to the river which, at the time had a fast current. The full English breakfast was freshly cooked and wholesome.

The staff were very friendly. Our double/twin en suit room was modern, spacious and spotless as well as being nicely decorated for Christmas which, was a lovely touch! Breakfast has to be pre-ordered and options were minimal but the full English we had was satisfactory, served quickly and hot. Free parking on the property was very handy and the train station as well as bus stop are a very short walk away. It only took 20-25 minutes or so by bus to get in to Bath town. It was a quiet, cosy stay at the Riverside Inn- I would highly recommend for a short stay.

Great but the shared bathroom is a let down

Room was ok if a bit warm but the shared bathroom was very off putting. I knew it would be a shared bathroom but the reality was a very small pokey room that was a struggle to change in to have a shower etc. Views out the bedroom window were fab and the food was good
