Hotel manager Robert is very helpful, the room was big and even he was leaving the next day , but he saw us then got off his car just to ask if everything is okay, let us feel very warm and welcome. Definitely will go back if have a chance to visit universal studios!

房間乾淨新穎，服務人員很熱情提供小地圖指引到達環球影城，幫我們省了很多工，飯店位置不遠，走路十多分鐘即可搭上環球影城接駁車，很方便不用另外開車花停車費，附近還有Ralphs超市可買蔬果零食麵包，很方便，每日提供的早餐有美式炒蛋，種類不少的麵包，穀片，牛奶，咖啡，茶包還有水果，很豐富，我們吃的很開心，推薦大家來住宿。

酒店人员服务很好，位置也不错离环球影城很近，唯一就是我的房间紧挨着马路，晚上声音太吵没睡好。建议对睡眠环境要求较高的旅客不要住101房。

Room is small but clean and comfortable. Service was good and staff are friendly. Breakfast is simple but enough if you want something quick and to fill up the stomach It is closed to the Universal Studio so I would recommend you to stay here if you are planning to go to this theme park

This has become our go-to place when we need to stay in the Studio City/Universal area of Los Angeles. It's not fancy (very basic furnishings) but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. Staff is friendly and efficient. For an overnight stay in L.A., the rates are very reasonable and you can leave your car parked there at no additional charge.

Super clean and a cute place to stay. Neighborhood is decent but maybe looks a little sketchy. No issues on a 7 block walk at 11pm on a weeknight.

This hotel and its staff were just astonishing! Fantastic location, rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is friendly, nice and professional. I will for sure, come back again and f I am in the nearby. No hesitation. Universal studios are 5 min away with uber, for less than 10 dollars. You save then the parking fee.

If your plan is to visit universal, this option is good. Pretty close and at the same time far from the crowd. If you like to walk, you even can leave the car at the hotel and go walking as we did. Calm place and quiet, something simple and good.
