Look further.
Rooms were just ok. One of the apartments had a big tv and no cable or anything to even get tv. The other apartment got three channels. The apartments were reasonably clean. Things like fans and shower curtains were not. The rooftop pool could be so nice if there wasn't green growing on the sides. We got moved from Reserve Lofts to Signature Fifth for some unknown reason. Would not stay here again. Disappointed.

Wonderful stay in Nashville
We enjoyed our stay at the Reserve. Shawn was very accommodating & helpful with any questions I might of had with quick reply. The loft is spacious. We were a party of 3 without any difficulty. Only negative is one bathroom but wasn't a big deal. It does have a spacious shower and bathtub combo. Most definitely will book again if we travel back to Nashville.

Pro's, good location walking distance to most downtown attractions, value is there if your party size is four people, spacious, quiet. Cons, check in is awkward compared to a hotel. The second bedroom is tight and getting in and out of the bed in that room is also awkward, one bathroom not a big deal just be forewarned. Lastly, the room had 1/2 roll of TP, one bar of soap and no dishwasher soap. I texted management about the supplies shortage but they didn't get back to me. Disappointing.

Beautiful loft in Nashville! Please note this room doesn't include toiletries or basic kitchen needs (coffee, tea, towels, etc). We enjoyed our stay!

Underwhelming
This is not an actual hotel, it's a condo/loft. It was not clear at booking and special arrangements were to be made prior to arrival that were not specific during booking. It was difficult to get a hold of someone from the rental company when we arrived and we weren't even sure we had the right place because the address given was wrong, which is frustrating after an 8 hour drive. Once we got through those challenges, the rom was very nice and clean. The pillows were terrible, and you do not get all the perks of a hotel. The location could be better, it is a several block walk to get to almost anything. We used uber to go anywhere because parking downtown sucks, but uber to almost anywhere u go is like $5, so that's not too bad!

Great downtown Nashville condo rental
Apartment space accommodate two couples comfortably. Living room/kitchen combo nice. Could accommodate a family of four. A second bathroom would have been a plus and would have given this stay a five.

Great stay
I travel basically every week for work, and I can honestly say that this stay was a refreshing change from your standard hotel.
Being a loft, it was roomier and more comfortable than your average hotel room.
Downtown Nashville is what it is, so if you like it, the neighborhood's great; if you don't, it's not so great.
