Nice!

We had a very nice short stay here. Was a bit disappointed when I saw the standard room, (seemed less nice than the pictures; small and with small windows without any view) but they were nice to give us an upgrade to a beautiful deluxe room that happened to be available. The hotel was close enough for us to walk to Sukhothai park and nearby restaurants. Recommended!

Correct mais attention à la literie

Les + : Le cadre est très beau, avec le jardin, la piscine et la proximité du parc historique. Le rapport qualité prix est également correct. Les - : On a mal dormi à cause d'une literie excessivement dure, mais cela peut plaire à certains (literie bien plus dure que dans tous nos autres hébergements en Thaïlande). A noter aussi que le petit déjeuner n'est pas très fourni, et que le buffet propose plus ou moins de choses selon les jours. C'est en tout cas comme cela que ça s'est passé durant les trois jours de notre séjour. Aussi, il était parfois difficile de communiquer avec le personnel qui parlait peu anglais. Quelques problèmes de wifi, aussi, mais la connexion est toujours bonne dans le lobby et la salle de petit déjeuner.

Really wanted to like this place, but...

Great location, close to the historic park, fairly new pool and annex building. However, there were just too many little misses that added up and, until fixed, a stay here can't be recommended. Seems like TLC is missing, although the staff was always friendly. Real ant problem outside and inside. Rooms and bathroom not clean. Faucet loose. Door can barely be locked as the lock is in bad shape. No English/International channels. Ashtrays outside were not emptied during our stay. Not many breakfast items and they were not replaced without walking into the kitchen and ask for them. Instant coffee only. Ants all over the tables and food in breakfast room. Pool yellowish due to lack of algae treatment, etc. etc. Too bad, because these are all fixable issues. Not sure why owners/management don't care.

Très bonne adresse, à proximité du site archéologique de Sukhothai, facilement accessible à pied en peu de temps, et situé sur la route principale depuis la gare et la station de bus. Bel hôtel avec chambres disposées autour d'un agréable jardin, doté d'une piscine. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Seul point négatif: le Wi-Fi qui passe vraiment très mal dans les chambres. Prix très raisonnables même pour les chambres premium.

Agréable sejour, l'hôtel est très propre et récent, la chambre est clean, et le personnel d'accueil est très à l'écoute pour rendre le voyage meilleur. Rien à redire, la piscine est sympathique derrière l'hôtel, et nous sommes à moins de 2 km du centre historique !

Excelent value close to the Historical Park

This is a very simple hotel but is also very cheap. Close to the Sukhothai historical park which was the reason of our visit. Though the beds are a bit hard. The service is very nice. Has decent Wi-fi and such a nice swimming pool. The hotel is quite cozy and well kept. Breakfast is OK and it is included. Right in front of the hotel there is a great restaurant-cafe with open kitchen from 9 am till 9 pm. They helped us with the bus to Chiang Mai (called the bus and reserved the ticket) and called a yuk tuk to pick us up. We would definitely stay here again.

Bien situé qualité prix

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits. Chambre très correct pour le prix. Location de vélo sur place. Comme partout les vélos à louer sont de qualité moyenne mais correct pour se déplacer. Multitudes de resto dans les rue avoisinante. Marché nocturne chaque jour fréquenté par les locaux avec plein de bouffe à essayer. Le resto en face à un band live chaque jour jusqu'à minuit mais c'est habituellement de la musique d'ambiance alors ce n'est pas dérangeant pour dormir. A 2 min a pied du parc historique. La salle de bain serait a repenser mais c'est fonctionnel. Je recommande la place pour découvrir la belle ville Ayutthaya.

No bathrobe, coffee maker, cups, wine glasses

The photos had bathrobes, cups, wine glasses in the rooms. None of this was provided in my room. There was no appliance available to heat water. When I asked for an appliance to heat water they said I could have it delivered to my room. There was no telephone in the room so how do I ask without getting dressed and going to the front desk. It sort of defeats the purpose. The first night there was a crying baby for over an hour in the middle of the night. The second night someone had their tv on too loud.
