I thought that this was a very beautiful, sort of old fashioned place to stay...very charming, a lot of intricate woodwork in the room and balcony...a short and easy walk to the beach.

Attention, les photos ne sont pas celles du Seaside An Bang homestay, mais celles de l’Eco Wooden Villa, située à 1km de la plage, au-delà d’une 4 voies très passante et dans un quartier sans commodités. Si l’Eco Wooden Villa est un bel endroit, très récent et propre, ce n’est pas ce que j’avais réservé…

The hotel and staff were very accommodating. They booked a taxi that was waiting for me when I got off of the train. They helped me book a great tour for less money than I had seen online and made me a delicious breakfast every morning with fresh fruit. Highly recommend!

Brilliant place! Extremely friendly, hospitable and helpfull staff/family - Clean and very nice room. Nice bathroom and large clean bed! Have nothing bad to say about this place. The beach bar (beach is 1 minute away by foot) attached to Seaside Homestay is cozy and the beach (a more local and nicer part of An Bang beach) is amazing! Easy to get to How An Old Town by bike, scooter or just by getting a Taxi. Bikes are provided for free and scooters can be rented at a very(!) good rate - and all sorts of tours/excursions can also be sorted. Just take a look at the other comments for this place. A definite "best choice" if you come by Hoi An but want the more relaxed beach and local hospitality experience. We stayed for 5 nights in room 202.

If you ever visit Hoi An then stay at this place . It is a one minute walk to a glorious beach with low rise locally owned beach bars ( ignore the two big ones that have recently been built and drink and eat locally ) .It is a $3 taxi fare to Hoi An , so you can visit and explore but leave the hassle behind , and the many , many day trippers. Honestly the people were exceptionally friendly and helpful , they didn't try and upsell anything , provided some good suggestions and a big breakfast. Great balcony to sit out on of an evening or morning and air con.

We stayed for 4 nights. Seaside home stay is across a small street from the An Bang beach. They also run a small restaurant on the beach and we could use beach chairs. Management of home stay is very friendly and helpful in organizing pick up, scooter rental, etc. We can totally recommend to stay here and also recommend the small family restaurant next to Seaside home stay .The included breakfast is simple but pretty good- Only the coffee is instant...

Nhận phòng chậm. M đến từ 12h30 có con nhỏ nói nhân viên linh động cho nhận phòng sớm nhưng mãi 2h10 mới đ. Nhận phòng. Trong khi phòng trống. Nhà vệ sinh bé, có mùi, k có gì ngoài 2 khăn tắm. Ăn sáng nghèo nàn, phục vụ chậm. Điều hoà hỏng. Noi chung vs mức giá~700.000 thì k xứng đáng.

Our stay at the Seaside Homestay was excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made our stay very pleasant and easy to get around. A cooked breakfast was served each morning on a shared verandah. My only disappointment was our room was up in an loft style scenario with no aspect. All the other rooms had great windows. Just the luck of the draw. Great position across from the beach.

Charmigt ställe nära en väldigt fin strand med gratis solbäddar och bra mat vid stranden, lite längt från övriga bekvämligheter som affär shopping ATM mm. Vi ville ha strandliv denna tiden och då är detta ställe ett lysande val! Mysiga rustika rum med bra wifi och sköna sängar.

Wer länger als eine Nacht in der Gegend bleiben will, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben - besser als im überlaufenen Hoi An. Nach einem faulen Tag am Meer kann man schnell mit dem Taxi in die Stadt fahren. Leider wird ringsum derzeit alles mit Hotels und Resorts zugebaut. Also schnell hin, bevor dieser traumschöne, aber schmale Strand völlig überfüllt ist.

Le Homestay est en bon état général, mais attention, la chambre dont le nom est "vue mer" ne donne pas sur la mer. Il faut sortir sur le palier pour avoir une "échappée mer". J ai attendu 10 bonnes minutes à l entrée sans que personne ne vienne m accueillir pour le check in. Sinon, la personne fut charmante et parle parfaitement anglais. Le logement est à 100 m de la plage. La chambre etait correcte mais un peu sombre.

Nam, la personne en charge à rendu notre séjour extraordinaire, demandez et vous recevrez. L’hôtel est en face de la plage et vous garanti un parasol et chaises longue. La localisation est superbe dans le sens où on avait le calme de la plage et l’accès au centre ville de Hôi An via scooter. Nam a tout organisé pour le scooter, il était devant l’hôtel prêt à être utilisé. De plus à 15 min de marche il y a une allée pleine de resto et poissons frais prêt à être cuit par les restaurants en face.
