The hotel itself is in great condition — clean, well-maintained, and the room was genuinely impressive: spacious, comfortable, and clearly looked after. However, the overall experience fell short in a few key areas.
Check-in was a letdown — no assistance was offered with our suitcases, which set an impersonal tone right from the start. Breakfast was similarly disappointing: staff were slow, inattentive, and seemed generally unmotivated. It’s frustrating when such a simple part of the stay feels like a chore for the staff.
While the hotel has all the right elements on paper, it’s missing warmth and character. It feels a bit dull, almost clinical — more function than feeling. If you’re looking for a place that’s efficient and well-kept, this might work, but if hospitality and atmosphere matter to you, it may leave you underwhelmed.
