really bad experience. The boarder was closed and this hotel didn't have people to speak english. we spoke spanish and refused to help out. they were not willing to give us a refund either. I don't recommend a place with bad service and attitude.

Quarto confortável pelo padrão do hotel, piscina excelente, café da manhã simples pirém variado, estacionamento privado gratuito. Tinha formigas na parede do quarto, somente um Jogo de toalhas, tivemos que solicitar adicionais na recepção, a cozinha não fica aberta a noite, então qualquer alimento tem que ser solicitado. Não disponibilizam a noite taças, talheres ou qualquer item da cozinha. Queríamos tomar um Vinho na mesas da piscina e comer um queijo que trouxemos da Argentina e nãos foi disponibilizado um prato, nem talheres e taças, pois o recepcionista falou que a co zinha estava fechada. Eram 18:30h

Os funcionários são pró ativos, tivemos problemas com o chuveiro que não esquentava mas logo resolveram, até aí tudo bem! Mas tivemos problemas com toalhas de banho isso me deixou chateada. Entramos e não tinha toalha de banho então ligamos e logo trouxeram quentinhas, no outro dia descemos para tomar café no hotel quando subimos tinham tirado as toalhas e nem fizeram a reposição, íamos sair ao meio dia do hotel e isso era às 9 da manhã, simplesmente entraram no quarto e só tiraram as toalhas, poderiam ter aguardado o check out. O café da manhã estava bom, o hotel não possui elevadores então para termos acesso aos quartos precisava subir dois lances de escada mas era tranquilo, só é ruim quando está com peso (mala ou compras) o quarto estava bem limpo, o banheiro ja acredito que seja por conta do prédio ser mais antigo então fica marcas no box. Mais uma vez o pessoal da recepção foi bem queridos com a gente. (Só a roupa de cama que necessitaaaaaa ser comprada novas, roupa de cama manchada e com bolinhas) 👀
