terrible service, avoid

really bad experience. The boarder was closed and this hotel didn't have people to speak english. we spoke spanish and refused to help out. they were not willing to give us a refund either. I don't recommend a place with bad service and attitude.

O hotel se encontra num prédio bem antigo, e com pouco conservação, esteticamente falando. Porém nos surpreendeu, o quarto amplo e super limpo, roupas de cama e banho com cheirinho de limpeza, e o chuveiro é espetacular. O Café da manhã estava excelente. Equipe de funcionário atenciosos. O secador do nosso quarto não funcionou, disseram que tinha um reserva pra nos emprestar, quando solicitei, disse que outra pessoa estava usando, depois fui atrás novamente e disseram que a pessoa ainda não tinha devolvido, depois nem fui mais atrás (recomendo levar) Sempre limpam o quarto e trocam as toalhas, chuveiro forte muito bom.

Hotel não tem opção de jantar (sem room service). As janelas não são anti-ruído. O quarto possuia janelas basculantes com a alavanca de abrir e fechar quebrada. Apesar de o quarto ser simples, a cama e travesseiro eram confortáveis e o banheiro possuia chuveiro à gás. O secador de cabelo não funcionava. Café da manhã excelente, com muitas opções de doces e salgados. Estacionamento descoberto. Não havia muitas opções de restaurante próximos que fosse possível ir andando, mas de carro havia boas opções de 5 a 10 minutos (incluindo um shopping grande ).
