This riad is great and in the middle of everything! We had no idea the airport pick up would drop us off with a 10 minute walk through the souk! I'm glad I only had a backpack! We arranged the pick up with the hotel to avoid any overwhelming situation at the airport. The breakfasts were so so much food, on the roof. We also had the 4 course dinner one night in the riad. Ilyaas was so informative and helpful. The night manager also was so helpful and kind.

The staff are really lovely, very knowledgable and helpful. There’s someone on hand around the clock. The breakfast was freshly made each morning with a good variety. The room and bathroom were generally clean, however due to minimal windows can get rather stuffy. The cleaning staff can be a little too handsy with your belongings when it comes to moving them around, even if they do not impede their ability to clean. We did not get to try the hot tub as it was only filled one of the days we were staying there, likely due to the weather. The location, although down an alley, is a great central location to explore the souks and market from, quick and easy journeys. Overall we had a lovely stay.

We had an excellent stay at Riad Enchante. The staff were exceptionally professional, courteous, and attentive, providing outstanding service throughout our visit. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our overall experience. The rooms were very comfortable and kept spotless with daily housekeeping. Each morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the rooftop while watching the sunrise and taking in the beautiful views over the city — a truly special experience.The riad is perfectly located in the Medina, just a short walk from many of Marrakech’s main attractions. The staff also assisted us with arranging transfers, which we strongly recommend, as the riad can be somewhat difficult to locate independently. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

The Staff are amazing, supportive and friendly! Super shoutout to Khalid, Ilyas and Fatima! The breakfast was so great and we stayed for dinner for one evening! Best meal we have in Marrakech! They were very helpful with transfers. Will definitely recommend this riad.
