Short visit to Saigon

Excellent location with many restaurants, banks, coffee shop and Ben Thanh near by. Staffs are friendly and continue to book at the same hotel again after a short domestic tour.

Friendly staff and good overall location in HCMC. BUT the hotel is facing a very loud nightclub, so it is absolutely impossible to sleep if you get a room with windows on the street side. Avoid to book here if you don't have confirmation that you can get a room on the garden side.

Halo Hotel is in a good location close to Ben Thanh market and the walking street. Our room was on the seventh floor on the street side and was quite loud and bright all night even with the curtains closed. The linens were stained and there was a lot of dusk on the lamps. However, the AC worked well and the shower had hot water.

Don't let the Koi Pond fool you, this is a tiny, narrow hotel in the heart of the Saigon busy area- there is no calming oasis to chill in the back garden! The concierge was funny, to her credit, we had a laugh gave us wrong room twice, but whatever, the AC was good- but you cant have it cool for when you get back as you have to plug the ley fob into the wall to make it work- only 1 key... Saigon is hot and muggy. This place is close to the action and the big market, but on a very busy street
