Nice place for the value

The staff is extra friendly and accommodating. The grounds are clean despite the strong stench of mildew throughout. The Lavazza coffee machine in the lobby is a plus, Edgewater Grill is nice, and the shuttle to Atlantis makes it feel as if you’re not missing out. I would return in the future, if given the opportunity. A-/B+

Family trip to Paradise Island

Very pleasant stay at this all-inclusive resort. Food was plentiful and good. Room was comfortable. Lagoon (the only beach) was closed most of the time, but the shuttle to Cabbage Beach just a few blocks away allowed us to enjoy great beach time. We came with my elderly parents, and the resort was suitable for their needs--easy enough for them to access most areas.

The wait staff in the restaurants and front desk staff were great. The pool side staff catered to the 20-30 something black women wearing hair extensions and thongs and imitating sex acts on each other. NOT my scene. Pool staff would not ask those of us around the pool for our drink order and instead kept going back to the skanky women. Totally ignored. Kept playing hip hop for hours per day. Pay a little more and go to the Atlantis! I know this is an adult-only resort but didn't think I was going to get faced with fat, bare butts for a week! Not everyone was an ADULT!

Pros: Above avg dining at multiple restaurants esp the Edgewater which has a fabulous setting. Private beach/lagoon area is welcomed and they do a nice bbq on the beach every Thursday night. Breakfast buffet is very good. Pool stays open until 730ish. While rooms aren't 5-star, beds are very comfortable. Location on Paradise Island near Atlantis, Cabbage beach and Margaritaville is a plus Cons: This place runs thru plastic cups/straws like there's no tomorrow. The pool area remains littered with cups and food plates as attendants try to keep up w/ orders and entertainment. Meanwhile pool often gets littered with this waste as well as leaves. Pool not cleaned well enough. As far as I could tell no recycling going on. Some areas of pool floor are coming apart.

The Warwick Hotel was very nice. All of the employees were courteous. Check-in went very fast. There are 4 restaurants on site. There is a buffet that opens at 7:00Am-10:30AM for breakfast. They have a basic assortment of food to accommodate most tastes, along with an egg station. for fried eggs and omelets. The buffet is also open for lunch and dinner and is closed for about an hour in-between meal. There are three specialty restaurants as well. They are open on a rotation, maybe one or two are open on the same day. all three restaurants have ok food, Italian, Asian, and steak & seafood. The food is good and has a bit of a Caribbean taste as well. The portions are small, but you can ask for a thicker steak or additional piece of fish and so on. You can email Warwick to reserve a spot as early as 48 hours ahead at dneilly@warwickhotels.com, I would ask for the restaurant specifically want, but also let them know your second choice in case your first choice is not open that day, after you get to the hotel, you can make the rest of your choices at the concierge desk next to the gift shop. There is an outdoor grill by the pool that has snacks, burgers, pizza, salads, etc. that most resorts have in pool area. There is a bar on the first floor that has coffee, juice, fruit, and pastries in the morning, but doesn't serve alcohol until the evening, there is a pool bar that is open early and stays open till la pool is great, very clean and large. Chairs by the pool go quick.
