The room is quite small but overall acceptable.

We should have booked the hotel with breakfast but the host said there is none. It's wired and hope hotels.com can clarify on this. The host is overall responsible. It is kinda over price since it is a B&B but the price is 3-star hotel.

Perfect for families

Great place to stay for a family. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, pull out couch, kitchen, wash machine. No dryer, but racks to hang up to dry clothes. Great location about a 10-15 minute walk to Colosseum. Nice restaurants to walk to all around. Staff communicated well and was helpful.

Bait and Switch

Make sure you pay attention to the trap that myself and other clients have fallen into. When you look at the property online, the pictures are amazing and the description is excellent. Be aware that when you book, you get locked into a B&B room or apartment. When we checked into the apartment, it wasn’t what was pictured. Even the confirmation had a different address than was provided. The manager tries to add fees once we arrived which is not allowed by the Hotels/Expedia contract. I already know how the property manager will answer based upon similar reviews made by other clients. It really is false advertising. The manager and Hotels.com blamed each other. Wouldn’t have paid this much for this apartment if I knew what we were getting. We paid less per night for two rooms near the Vatican at Spring House, Hilton. I wish we would have stayed there and cancelled the apartment. Live and learn.

I really enjoyed this apartment! My dad had trouble walking to it with his bad hip but it was about an 8 min walk to the colosseum, forum, palatine hill, and train staion. The shower was a little small but overall i enjoyed it. I would stay here again!

Great location! Coloseum is a block and a half away! Cute little places to eat. Taxi stand like a block away. A little for in the apartment and the management came right away to check it out. Great size for my family with 2 teenagers.

Fantastic place to stay

We had a fantastic stay here. The accomodation is located inside an apartment building. The owners were in contact with us in advance, explaining how to access the building. This meant that we were able to arrive at any point during the day, even after staff had left for the day. It is in a great location - less than five minutes from the Colosseum and very close to the Metro and bus stops. Breakfast is not included, however, you can request breakfast to be brought to your room for only $5 per person each day. To do this, you are given a piece of paper each day and you simply tick which items on the menu you would like and what time you would like it brought to your room, leaving it on the reception desk each evening. It was great value for money and very nice to start the day immediately with fresh food and coffee. The room was clean with well-maintained facilities. The bathroom is quite small, which is something you might want to bare in mind if you are someone who requires more space. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved Rome and would definitely consider staying here again if we visited again!

Homely place near Colosseum

Nice, authentic room very central to historical Rome. Nice little restaurant just outside the door. Good bed. Brief opening hours of reception and a little tricky to get the internet-based key to work the first time. Worked effortless afterwards though. Recommended!
