the range of breakfasts was ok, however the 'hot' breakfast was always cold as the means of heating the food, two candles was a waste of time. The location on a main road was a little noisy 24-7 and the graffiti was everywhere. But the hotel itself though small was clean, comfortable and a great location for access to what Athens has to offer

Easy walking distance to all the major archeological sites in the Acropolis. Beautiful view of the Parthenon from the breakfast dining area. The staff was always at the front desk with a smile to welcome us back and always available for any questions or concerns we had. Streets were busy, but the secure windows kept the room quiet. Perfect location close to Monastiraki - Place and Subway - as well all the Athens old town you can visit by walking around. This place was amazing! We’ve never stayed anywhere else that had staff like Marios! He was a breath of fresh air and helped us so much with getting our lost luggage, finding affordable clothes and shoes, and recommending the best places to eat and visit. He made our trip so much better… even without us having luggage for the first few days. The breakfast staff was also wonderful and we looked forward to breakfast with them and the beautiful scenery from the breakfast dining area. DEFINITELY recommend and if we return to Athens, this is where we will go back to.

The apartments are well managed, clean, staff very helpful, rooftop breakfast with view of Acropolis wonderful, excellent location next to metro, restaurants, Acropolis. Our only disappointment was getting a room in the back of the building with a view of the adjacent building wall. If we had a front of the building room overlooking the city street it would have been perfect.

Excellent service at a great location!

Our delayed flight arrived at 3am. The staff was there to receive us. The reception is staffed 24 hours. The breakfast room was great! …and the service even better. The views of the Acropolis from the breakfast room were great. This hotel is walking distance from a lot of the main places and attractions. The metro is on Monasteraki square next door and the hop-on-hop-off buses have a stop next to it. My parents had a medical issue and the hotel staff was very quick to get a doctor to see them in their room. We are so grateful for all the attentions of the staff!
