I've stayed at Kozy Houston North multiple times, and each time I am completely impressed by the outstanding customer service. The employees are upbeat, full of life, energy, and smiles — creating a warm, welcoming environment from the moment you walk in. Even when I've checked in after midnight, the staff’s demeanor has remained high-energy and genuinely friendly. While the hotel is undergoing renovations and updates, the incredible service easily outweighs any temporary inconveniences. Parking is simple, the hotel smells fresh and clean, and it's clear they are headed in a positive direction. The customer service here has been one of the best experiences I've had at any hotel in the area. It’s heartfelt, genuine, and truly feels like family — and that's what keeps me coming back. Clean, comfortable and the best service!!!

When we walked in we immediately were greeted with such warmth and hospitality. Dimitri checked us in quickly and explained everything perfectly. Rooms were super clean and so comfortable. Bathrooms were extra clean! This hotel will be our go to for baseball tournaments around this area. Very very pleased!!

My Houston stay 4-15-2025

We like to stay here. It has recently switched to the Kozy North Houston. We were a little disappointed that they did not have the full kitchen breakfast up and bar running yet. The staff was super helpful with our reservation, ( Especially Bernice). We parked our work truck with tools in the parking lot in the back and felt very safe with our tools. There are plenty of restaurants close by as well. It is real easy and off I-35 so this is a great place to stay in North Houston.

My first stay here was great because I didn't have any interaction with the manager Jackee. Doing my first day I won a free day. I was given incorrect information as to how to handle that process not only from an employee trained by Jackee but from Jackee herself. She would not honor the coupon, would not accept responsibility for her nor the employees era and I because I stated that I would clear it up with my bank she said then if you want to contest it with your bank you have to leave by 11:30. So she kicked me out the hotel. Part of the circumstances of which she had knowledge of was that I had lost my bank card and was waiting for it to be delivered therefore I did not have access to my money. I am a mature woman and had to sleep in my car because of her actions. This is not the end of this I'm going to raise a complaint to corporate. I told her that I was going to call the police she offered to call them for me I said okay not thinking that she was going to do anything nasty. She turned Karon on me I was totally blown away. I have video. Yes I do plan to contact corporate.
