スタッフさんの接客はとても良かったです。 夏休み期間だったので満室だったそうで、貸切風呂が利用出来ませんでした。貸切風呂の予約のために早くチェックインしたのに現地で利用出来ないと知り、とても残念でした。その説明も分かりにくく、「満室なので貸切風呂は利用出来ません。」と言われても？？清掃に手が回らないからとか言い方を考えてもらわないと理解できないです。 共用部分であるロビーや廊下はエアコンの効きが悪く、風呂上がりに汗をかくほどでした。 バイキングは全体的にコンパクトな感じで朝も夜も混み合いましたが、料理は美味しいし、次から次に補充されるので満足でした。夜の飲み放題もお酒の種類も多く、とても良かったです。

2泊しました。掃除などはしっかりされていますが、建物自体はかなり古いせいで色剥がれやキズが目立つ。エレベーターのボタンも古すぎで、まるでホテルや旅館に居る感じがしなかったのが残念。 スタッフはとても親切丁寧で良かった。露天風呂付き客室はリフォームされていたが、古い感じがあったがとても良大満足です。

温泉の泉質はいいと思います。 広い露天風呂があるお風呂に行くには一旦玄関から外に出て、離れの建物に行かないと行けません。主人は面倒だからと行きませんでした。館内にある露天風呂は小さいです。 ウェルカムドリンクが無かったのは残念でした。部屋にはお茶パックが置いてるだけ。水のペットボトルも茶菓子も置いてません。 畳の部屋でしたが、座椅子があったらいいなと思いました。鏡台があるのは良かったです。 食事はバイキングでしたが、夕食でステーキを焼いてくれたり、朝食でフレンチトーストを焼いてくれたのは良かったです。

湯原温泉は歴史ある温泉街なので宿泊施設はどこもそれなりに古びた感じはあります。湯快リゾート輝乃湯の食事は朝、晩バイキング形式なのですが種類が多いので好みの食材が必ずみつかります。大満足でした。コロナ対策もしっかり出来ていました。

のんびりできる宿です。

夕食、朝食ビュッフェスタイル。刺身、フライ、デザート等々、量より、味よし。とても満足しました。仕事での滞在だったので、食事が少々寂しかったです。時間の関係で離れの露天風呂に行けなかった事が後悔。次回は、家族で、そして露天風呂にも行きたいです。
