This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at while travelling. The location was right next to the main market square, walkable to everywhere, while also very quiet with the windows closed. The included breakfast was amazing - wonderfully prepared with fresh ingredients and plentiful. The staff were all exceptional and the room was modern, spacious and clean. Honestly, I don’t know how you could improve on a hotel stay experience like this one.

This was our second stay at Hotel Five. Very friendly service, breakfast incl. has lots of options and is delicious. Rooms are spacious, have a small fridge, coffee maker, will be cleaned daily if you want, very clean. The location even being in the middle of the city is quiet, most attractions: castle, Albrecht Duerer Haus, Market Square, St. Lorenz Kirche, Frauen Kirche, are in walking distance. Hotel Five has a great Restaurant also, but lots of other are within walking distance (one should make reservations for most). I would stay at Hotel Five again.

My room was clean and comfortable. View not so great, but it was in the middle of the city. Restaurant staff manage the hotel front desk. I prefer a 24hr reception. All in all a good hotel in the centre of old town for one nights visit.

The staff is great and the room very clean, though the room needs a lot of work. All of the paper blinds are torn, the bed is super uncomfortable, pillows are flimsy, the shower is small, cheap, and leaks in three places, the tap is loose at the base, no wash cloths available, the curtains are not wide enough nor close enough to the windows to keep any light out. Overall, it is way overpriced for the cheap-feeling accommodation provided. We would not recommend this hotel, but would totally recommend their awesome restaurant.
