Hotel con excelente ubicación, cerca a centros comerciales, bares y comercio en una de las mejores zonas de Bucaramanga. La cama muy cómoda, el baño aseado, buen servicio de televisión. Por mejorar el Aire acondicionado, es ruidoso y estaba muy sucio. El desayuno fue bueno. El personal muy amable.

las imágenes del hotel cambian con la realidad, la habitación tenía jabón usado, mucho ruido, no estaba bien aseada, la zona esta rodeada de vendedores ambulantes.

No es el hotel mas lujoso, pero es muy cómodo y muy bien ubicado, la relación calidad-precio está muy acorde. Me hospedaron en una suite a pesar de haber reservado en la estándar y no me cobraron un peso más, eso estuvo maravilloso
