The worst hotel we have ever stayed in the building should be condemned. It is in terrible condition and a lawsuit waiting to happen with the pavers out of the ground, unlit stairwells, etc. We had someone above us on the 3rd floor moving stuff or running around all day and night we got zero sleep while we were here. Told the front desk and they told us to go to the persons room and knock on the door. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor will I be back. For the record we do not stay at fancy places because we travel with our dogs but all I can say about this is one is wow! Put a little work into it!

Pool area is perfect and direct access to beach is great! quiet old rundown motel.. definitly needs updating.. maurice is very friendly and helpful ... muffins, cereal and coffee for breakfast at 8am.. room with 2 queen beds and kitchen- stove w/oven.. fridge, microwave, pots, pans, utensils- shower water pressure was great! would we stay again? maybe..

Poor little motel

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and the view was perfect. Otherwise, literally everything was broken. The TV wouldn’t work for more than 5 minutes without asking to reconnect to WiFi. The door was so badly rusted you could see right under it. The beds were about as old as I am. The furniture was sticky and ripped and mismatched with only one patio chair. The Air Conditioner was stuck with the temperature set to “FO”. There was a hole in the ceiling in the shower. The sink was so badly calcified the water trickled down the back of the sink. The toilet worked fine but came with a plunger already next to it. There was no phone to call the front desk and only 2 available electric outlets to charge our 4 phones. I moved the broken dresser that smelled like mildew to get to one of them. The ceiling in the room was stained from leaks and whoever painted the room did not paint behind the pictures hanging on the walls. It was hot and humid and loud and none of us slept. Fortunately we were only there for the beach and it did not disappoint. If I booked a second night I would have absolutely gone elsewhere. This poor sweet little motel needs major fixing up. This room was not worth the $90 I spent on it. I would have gladly paid with a can of fresh paint and a can of Lysol. And they called this an upgrade!! I don’t want to know what the other rooms are like.

Do not stay here

Literally everything was broken, there was black mold everywhere, smelled like a raid fumigation bomb. Many safty hazards including a broken entry door, mold exposure,electrical shock dangers from broken outlet covers. The wall.plugs were so corroded it sparked when i plugged my phone in. Very disappointed that you guys does not vett out your hotels.

The rooms are so run down well the one that was assigned to me looked like a trap room. Lights was not working, paint peeling everywhere, fridge had rust best look like it had a sink hole the pillows were blankets in a pillow case I just didn’t feel safe and comfortable for my $100 per night. When we got to the hotel, we were given the wrong room.Once in the room w a kitchenette, it only had a super small apt refrigerator w no freezer.Which wasn't good because we had frozen food and fish bait that needed to be froze so we had to buy dry ice.the location is great but our room was rusty, dirty, and gross.The door knob looked as though it was broken into before.The ain't was peeling in the bathtub, and there was a lot of hair in it.the floor was so dirty after walking on it our feet were black so we bought slippers I will NEVER go back to that place again.it won't let me upload all the pictures I took of that nasty room

Another amazing family outing

Amazing time as usual. Great staff and above and beyond with their small pet policy. Everyone really seem to enjoy our little puppy and you could tell the joy that it brought to all the kids in the area. Upon check in Maurice himself had already had extra towels and sheets prepared in our room from our previous stay requests. Great time with friends and family looking forward to doing it again. Also check out our Google reviews for uploaded pictures, weren't able to upload them here. Thanks guys!!

Horrible experience

Very old hotel abd it shows, locks on main door exposed and did not feel save, black mold in the pool with debris, holes in walls and concrete ceiling missing chunks. Horrible experience and they will not refund my money i did not stay a second day or night.

Seaside Hotel Daytona

What a miserable experience. Room was shabby, couldn’t use the outside porch; heater was very loud and uneven heat; front desk couldn’t find our reservation and the price was excessive for what you got. I would not recommend the place to any one.

This hotel should be torn down it was the worse place I ever seen the ceiling was falling down the door looked as someone tried breaking in the tub was so gross, everything was rusted we left after the first night. I wouldn’t be surprised if the whole hotel would collapse
