The hotel was in a good location of central Paris, with the Metro very accessible. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with making dinner reservations, directions, and suggestions. The rooms were spacious for Paris, clean, and modern. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel with a charming courtyard. All around a good stay.

Fantastic stay at the Hotel Saint-Marc. Room was exceptionally comfortable, and all the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. This is a fine hotel in the center of Paris with great staff that is very attentive and ready to provide great recommendations. The room itself is fine with everything necessary available. Surprising that there is no lotion or hair conditioner available from the hotel, and water bottles are billable. Prestige room is very roomy but the next room down (deluxe) feels small in comparison, not a subtle drop off. The staff really make this hotel and the location is excellent. Quite nook near Galleries Lafayette, Opera, and metro station.

Well worth the money

Great hotel with excellent location near metro! Staff was always professional and helpful, especially the Cuban gentleman, Ernesto. The room was always cleaned to to the perfection without any disturbances. Bed was good and the room was spacious enough. Loved it!

Chic, hotel with attractive Art Nuveau decorated interior, located in the centre of Paris near Opera Garnier. Subterrain parking in a nearby building. Reasonable sized room, with very comfortable bed and dark but good bathroom. Very prompt, friendly and helpful service at the front desk. The breakfast slightly disappointing – the service was slow, the range of products limited and the same each morning.

A beautifully designed hotel in a highly convenient location for walking down to the Seine and catching the Tuileries, Louvre etc. Exclusive use of the spa area was very welcome. Room was cosy and bathroom quite spacious. Minor criticism would be the improvements happening in the communal areas made them almost impossible to use and there was no honesty book for the bar so we didn't feel like we could take anything. The ground floor lacked atmosphere sadly.

Staff was excellent, room was extremely dark which was unpleasant. Difficult to find items in luggage even with every single light on. Got coffee from the lounge in the am, was not told it would be 14euros for two coffee(which is free all afternoon) and tipped 5 euros. Canadian, I paid $57(CAD) for 4 coffees(two mornings with tips) Found that rather unpleasant given it was unexpected and the room was almost $400CAD a night. The staff, amazing without a doubt but overall, I would not recommend. I didn’t find it worth it for the money.

The staff was so nice and helpfull! The spa was great and the masseuse took away so much stress , It was a very beautiful hotel with many sightseeing opportunities in walking distance and the metro was very close. I can not wait to go back!

Ett väldigt fint litet hotell i Art Deco stil. Hjälpsam och lyhörd personal. Fick verkligen de bästa tipsen på restauranger som passade våra specifika önskemål. Mysigt och trevligt att det bjöds på gratis fika på eftermiddagen och en fin liten innergård där man kunde ta en skön paus. Testade inte frukosten då vi åt ute men betvivlar inte att även den var utmärkt.

Want a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Paris that’s quiet. This is your perfect hotel. Walkable to shops and the metro train system and we had a really huge bathroom which was welcome. The staff are exceptional and the best bit is the underground swimming pool and steam room. Would be cool if you didn’t have to book the pool and steamer as I wouldn’t mind sharing the space with other guests so you all get more time. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality. Can’t wait to have breakfast in your courtyard again.
