Hotel was clean and well maintained. I was impressed with the professionalism of the driver of the shuttle to the airport, he was an older tall man in a suit and the van was immaculate that is not common now days, especially in Torreon. I want to say thank you to him for being so warm, cordial and helpful. I gave him a tip and he said “ the shuttle is complementary” 😇 also, the hotel has complementary breakfast that was very good. Thank you! Kudos to you all!!

The accommodations were fabulous, and the room was very clean. We arrived late at night and appreciated knowing there was a security guard on site. Having our vehicle looked after overnight was definitely a plus. The next morning, we enjoyed breakfast, and it was excellent. It offered a wide variety of options including made-to-order eggs and omelets, Belgian waffles, traditional Mexican dishes such as potatoes, beans, and flour gorditas, along with coffee, juice, fruit, vegetables, and yogurt. It was much more than a continental breakfast, more like a small mini-buffet with just the right amount of variety. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

Amazing Stay

Check-in was quick and easy, staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, The shower was great, water pressure was good, the towels were soft and fluffy. The beds were very comfortable. It was stress-free evening after a long day on the road. But the best was yet to come. We woke up and went down for breakfast. The breakfast area was large enough to accomodate all of us and the other guests as well without having to scramble for a table. We were shown the buffet area and told that we could order eggs how we wanted them and also get Belgian Waffles. The food was delicious, juevos rancheros were the best I've had in a very long time. They had several kinds of juice including grapefruit juice (it was very good!) The service was impeccable, and the staff was, again, friendly and helpful. This is the longest review I've ever posted over a hotel, but this hotel was incredible. It's a beautiful hotel, the staff was wonderful, and our stay was amazing.
