It was lovely to be greeted with refreshments on our arrival and personal attention from Ahmed who deserves a special mention as he was very attentive and laughed at my jokes. This hotel is great. It’s in the Medina - a beautiful walled city full of spices and great architecture. The hotel is well decorated, very clean and has great amenities. I especially liked the fresh dates every day. The staff are very friendly - this is some of the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. I would stay here again.
